 OPEN FORUMS POLICY

Lewisboro Online provides various open forums (including, but not limited to, Discussion Forums, Q&A Forums and Public Opinion Forums) so community members can communicate and share their ideas and thoughts in a constructive manner.

Please be advised that Lewisboro Online may utilize open forum comments on the web or in print. Posting to the Lewisboro Online open forums signifies agreement to comply with these rules. While there is no obligation to monitor these open forums, Lewisboro Online reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy the law, regulation, or government request, or to edit, refuse to post, or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, that in Lewisboro Online's sole discretion are objectionable or in violation of these terms and conditions. Users of this service agree to hold harmless Lewisboro Online against all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of the use of this service.

  • Open forums are intended for lawful purposes only.
  • Posts that are not constructive to our community may be removed.
  • Use of this service is at the user's own risk.
  • Posts that advertise or perform any commercial solicitation may be removed.
  • Slanderous posts or those containing offensive language may be removed.
  • Messages that infringe upon the rights of others including their privacy, hinder others from using or enjoying the open forums, or transmit viruses or other harmful components may be removed.
  • Messages that violate copyrights, trademarks or other proprietary rights may be removed.
  • Messages that are not related to the topic at hand may be removed.
  • Posts will be kept until such time as the open forum is inactive or closed.
